The Dark Lord has a plan. You're essential to it. You're also completely incompetent.

MINION is a rules-light fantasy RPG where you play the goblins, kobolds, and thugs who do the actual work while the Dark Lord monologues from their obsidian throne. You'll sweet-talk guards, stab things impulsively, and accomplish missions through sheer chaotic luck.

What makes you special?

• Your character sheet is two dice (GROVEL and STAB)
• Every action changes who you are
• Rolling perfectly balanced? Congratulations, you die accomplishing exactly what you were trying to do
• High GROVEL, low STAB? You can't fight a chicken but you can talk your way past a dragon
• High STAB, low GROVEL? You solve every problem with violence. Including negotiations.

You'll need:

• 2-5 players (including 1 Guide)
